     The Online Racing Series will not share, sell or otherwise distribute any information collected on its website to any third party for commercial purposes. Neither will the Online Racing Series share, sell or distribute any information collected through this website for any sort of mass-mail distribution of a non-commericial nature.

     The Online Racing Series is generally used, participated in and viewed by adults, age 18 and over. If you are under 13, live in the United States and wish to participate, you must have parental consent in accordance with United States Federal law.

     It is the practice of the Online Racing Series to send periodic e-mail announcements about upcoming events to those whom have either participated in prior events or who have expressed explicit interest in participating. If it any time you wish not to recieve such e-mail announcements, simply contact us via e-mail to be removed from our mailing list.
